First of all, I have just got to say how much I love this massage bar. This massage bar not only passes the pocket test but it is also a joy to apply. Why? This massage bar glides across the skin smoothly AND it lays down the perfect amount of product. This massage bar gives about 10 to 15 minutes of massage time without reapplying or making the skin overly oily or greasy. It really is something that would not be out of place in a spa. The best part? You can make it yourself! Come join me!
I decided to scent this massage bar with the new fragrance Bermuda Kiss. Bermuda Kiss is a unisex tropical scent that is floral, woodsy and perfectly salty. We have sent over 100 samples of this massage bar to the shipping department so if you are dying to try today’s recipe, let us know in the comments field of your next order! We will include a massage bar in your box of goodies.

Weigh everything except the Bermuda Kiss Fragrance Oil into a microwave safe container. Heat gently until everything is completely melted. This took about 3 minutes for me. If you are familiar with making lip balms and other salves, you know that there is a point that the mixture will become crystal clear. DO NOT expect that from this mixture. This recipe can be 160°F and it will still be cloudy, even though everything is melted. I recommend using your trusty thermometer for this project to prevent super-heating it. Stir the mixture well. Keep an eye out for anything that has not melted yet. If you see anything, keep stirring. The heat and the mild agitation with help your oils and waxes melt. When everything is fully melted, add the Bermuda Kiss Fragrance Oil. Stir the fragrance in well.
Fill the mini deodorant tubes and allow to cool. Cap, label and enjoy!
Bermuda Kiss Massage Bar,
Nice! I have BTMS-50 I thought you can only use that with w/o emulsion? Nice looks good!
We have a few recipes that are anhydrous or mostly anhydrous that use the Conditioning Emulsifier. Here are a few recipes that use this awesome ingredient.
I hope this helps!
Thank You!
