Alright folks, this is it, the last day of Blueberry Week. I’ve been having so much making all these recipes and I’m a little sad that it’s almost over!
Finished Blueberry Lip Balm
For our last recipe, I wanted to share a Blueberry Lip Balm. Shea Butter is one of my absolute favorite ingredients to add to a lip balm it gives it a smooth and silky texture. Peach Kernel Oil also provides any lip balm with a very smooth velvety texture. So the combination of these two is AMAZING!
Naturally, I chose to use our Blueberry Flavor Oil. I am also adding just a teensy bit of Sugar Baby Flavor Oil to sweeten the lip balm and really make the blueberry flavor pop. Come join me in the blog kitchen for some lip balm making fun!

The Blueberry Lip Balm in the filling tray
For this lip balm, the first step is to weigh out everything except for the flavors and lip color. Microwave it in short bursts, stirring frequently. Once everything is melted and mixed together, you can then add the Blueberry and Sugar Baby Flavor Oils, and Blue Lip Balm Color.
For the lip color, I like to use a toothpick and just ever so slightly dip it into the color and then swirl the toothpick through the melted oils. You will be amazed by how such a small amount can really change the color of the lip balm. I wanted this lip balm to have just a slight blue tint to it, but not enough to make your lips turn blue!
