Hemp Oil Foot Scrub

Unless you get weekly pedicures, it’s likely your feet could use a bit of TLC.

This scrub will deliver!

Join me as I make up a super quick luxurious foot scrub with an essential oil blend to tame foot odor and make your tootsies feel wonderful! Hemp Oil is such a delectable and incredible oil – just the thing for scaly, rough feet!

The essential oil blend is Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lavender, Lemon, and Eucalyptus. These five oils are great at reducing foot odor and offering some antifungal properties. They are commonly used with foot products, so I decided they’d be a good combo for this scrub.

The bonus is that the combination smells really good! Here’s what you’ll need to make this scrub.

Hemp Seed Oil
Essential Oils of Tea Tree,
Lavender, Lemon,
Peppermint, and Eucalyptus

Mixing Bowl
Jars and Lids

100-gram Test Batch

40 grams White Sugar
30 grams Fine Bath Salt
29.5 grams Hemp Seed Oil
0.5 gram Essential Oil Blend

40% White Sugar
30% Fine Bath Salt
29.5% Hemp Seed Oil
0.5% Essential Oil Blend

To make the essential oil blend, combine the following in a small bowl or bottle:
10 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Set the essential oil blend aside.

To make the scrub, weigh salt and sugar, then add Hemp Seed Oil and essential oil blend. Stir well to combine.

Scoop into jars, add lids, label, and enjoy!

Sugar, salt, and Hemp Oil combined in a jar.

Adding the essential oil blend.

The number of drops of essential oils made exactly 1.5 grams of the blend. I went ahead and used all of it in the scrub. It smells really good!
