Our Finished Lip Balm!
I get a lot of questions that start with “Do you remember…”. While I cannot claim to have a superb memory, there are some things that are just hard to forget. This orange butter lip balm is just one of those hard to forget things. It has a sweet, fresh, citrusy flavor that is perfectly sublime and the creamy texture is just to die for. Of all of the lip balms that call my purse home, this lip balm is one of my favorites. Come see what makes this lip balm so memorable!

Recipe in Ounces 2.2 ounces Orange Butter 2 ounces Hydrogenated Soy 2.5 ounces Beeswax 3 ounces Castor Oil 0.3 ounces Sugar Baby Flavor Oil |
Recipe in Percentages 22% Orange Butter 20% Hydrogenated Soy 25% Beeswax 30% Castor Oil 3% Sugar Baby Flavor Oil |
Weighing the Orange Butter
Weigh all ingredients except the Sugar Baby Flavor Oil into your microwave safe container. Microwave in short bursts until all ingredients are melted. The beeswax will take the most time to melt, but if you stir the lip balm after the other oils have been heated, it will melt quickly. Once the mixture is melted, add the Sugar Baby Flavor Oil . Stir until all of the flavor has been incorporated. Fill tubes or jars. Cool. Label.

We do print our own labels. This particular label was designed by Shayla, who is part of our graphic department.
