Weigh everything except the preservative and Speculoos Cookie Butter Scent Blend into a microwave safe container. Gently heat until everything is liquid. Using an immersion blender, mix the solution well. Allow it to cool to below 120° F before adding the Liquid Germall Plus and fragrance blend. Stir well. You want to make sure that the preservative is completely mixed into the lotion .

Scoop the lotion into a bag so you can pipe it into your jars or bottles. Bags are awesome. You can never have enough bags on hand. Bags keep unruly powders at bay, they make filling cream jars a breeze, and they are a time saver in so many ways!
