Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I am so excited for our Thanksgiving feast. Every family has something that just shines at the dinner table. Some families have glorious golden stuffing while others have the creamiest potatoes. My family specializes in pie. Pumpkin pie, banana cream pie, pecan pie, blueberry pie and apple pie. We can have pies taking up one entire table! My three favorites are classic pumpkin pie, caramelized pecan pie and crisp apple pie. Yum!

It is fabulous and have some secret ingredients that you may not expect but allow the bright flavor of fresh apples to shine through.
