I’ve been having so much fun writing cards to our readers and sending tea, I just can’t express the enjoyment I have. This week I am sending either a Pomegranate Herb tea or a Raspberry Herb tea. I also have a few Cranberry Apple Herb teas. This project isn’t hard, you just need to send me your address. Remember, this address must be deliverable by the post office AND you need to tell me which kind of tea you would like. I’ll send you a card and some tea so you can put your feet up and enjoy a few quiet moments. If you have received a card and tea please tell the other readers how much fun you have in receiving some mail that isn’t bills or junk. I will certainly send to those who have requested in the past, just send me a new request.
So… you are probably wondering how you can send your address to me. It is simple. Please go to our Contact Us page and choose the Community Pursuits radio button.
Remember to choose your tea AND write your address. I have:
- Pomegranate Herbal Tea,
- Raspberry Herbal Tea,
- and a few Cranberry Apple Herbal Tea.
Have a great Tuesday and remember to take a few quiet moments each day. You need them. You deserve them. They heal the soul!
It is Tea Tuesday! - Pomegranate or Raspberry,
Tina, just got the mail and your letter and tea were in there. I had forgotten how wonderful it is to get a regular letter or card in the mail without it being my birthday or Christmas. Just got done with the housework, having the sniffles made that difficult, so I am now sitting down to relax with the pomegranate tea, smells and tastes wonderful.
Thanks, again.
Caren
Received your letter and wonderful Tea yesterday. I agree that it is so nice to get a hand written letter in the mail. You guys are so great and I look forward to a nice cup of raspberry tea today. I believe raspberries can grow in Florida, but maybe a little more north than where I am. We tend to have hot days and hot nights… Wish we did have more cool nights. Oh well. Good luck on the raspberry growing and try to keep everyone at work. I love reading your blog and your guys are such an inspiration. Thank you so much.
Sincerely,
Sharee
Thank you so much Tina! I received my Pomegranate Tea and your personal note – which I appreciated so much! Taxes are NOT fun – LOL! Anyway – when I looked at my tea bags, my first thought SHOULD have been – ah, a nice cup of hot tea in the morning will make my day….but NO! My very first thought was – I wonder if I can make a soap using Pomegranate Tea for my liquid with deep burgundy swirls on a cream colored background…!!! How funny is that??!! Then I felt guilty for thinking that! Tina gave me Tea to drink, de-stress and relax…pffft! I have a huge pomegranate tree in my yard and always wondered how I could incorporate the seeds into a soap…!!
Well, I’m still going to make a soap with my tea! Hey – if Taylor can make a Green Tea Cream with green tea, green tea butter and Green Tea FO – why can’t I use my tea in my soap?? LOL!!
It was so lovely to receive a hand-written note – so refreshing!
Thank you ;o)
Kathy
I am so glad everyone has been getting their cards! I have really enjoyed writing them. Caren, I wish my housework was done. I cleaned out the freezer yesterday and found lots of berries I had forgotten were there. We are making ice cream today. Tea was on my schedule first thing when I got up and last thing I did before going to bed yesterday. Sharee, when the raspberries come on we’ll graze then make more ice cream! Andee makes an awesome Raspberry Honey Jelly and it is so worth having tea, toast and jelly.
OK, Kathy, I’m dying to know if you made the tea into soap. You are quite lucky to have pomegranates. My favorite fruit in the whole world is peach. I couldn’t live anywhere
that peaches couldn’t grow. I think it is a body chemistry thing because I have a peach something every day. Pomegranates are good but for me they can’t replace peaches.
Happy mailboxes!
