Hey there! My name is Shayla. I have been an MMS employee for almost two years. I work in the Label Department creating and printing custom labels.

Collected Materials

I love our lotion bases! They are very easy to work with and are great for gifts. I have friends and family that work for the school district and I wanted to give them something to celebrate the luxury of lazy summer days. I had a little get together with my mom and sisters to create our gifts. I decided to use a gallon of our Goat Milk Cream base and 1 fl oz of Paradise Fragrance Oil. We also used the 2oz Clear PET Low Profile Jars with the White Straight Lids.

Adding Fragrance

First, we started with mixing the 1 fl oz of Paradise Fragrance Oil into the gallon of Goat Milk Cream. I like to use a silicone spatula with a long handle when mixing a Fragrance Oil into one of our base products. Be sure to mix the Fragrance Oil in really well so it is spread evenly through the Goat Milk Cream.

Adding Color

Second, we scooped the Goat Milk Cream into large Ziplock bags, clipped one corner of the bag with scissors and filled the 2 oz containers. This saves so much time and it’s an easy clean up, which is a plus!

Next, we put the lids on and topped them with a fun label.

We had so much fun and can’t wait to give our Goat Milk Cream gifts. Everyone always asks for more and raves about how much they love it. My friends all want to know when our next “lotion party” is scheduled!
