Mother’s Day is this weekend and I am so excited to do something special for my mom. My mother has always been a very big part of my life. She has fed my sense of wonder at the world. We have laughed together, cried together and learned together. I am so grateful that my mother has been such wonderful and important part of my life.
That being said, it seems that every year Mother’s Day really sneaks up on me. I don’t think I have time to formulate something new for her! So I am going to cheat a little and use some of the more recent recipes from the blog. These are what I am going to put into my gift basket for my mother.
Lavender Hydrosol Lotion Which recipes would you want to have in your gift basket for your mother? I want to know! Submit your gift basket ideas for a chance to win a goodie box! I have a group of products that have made it to my desk but they have no home. They would love to go to a good home where they will be put to use and enjoyed. 1 out of every 10 submissions will be randomly drawn for a box of goodies. |
Good morning! You forgot the chocolate! My basket would include a bag of Wilburs Chocolate Buds, a jar of my awesome Lavender Rosemary Mint Body Cream and matching soap, a bar of Lilac Lavender soap because it’s just so beautiful, lip balm (my current fav is Citrus Honey Vanilla), and (because I’m just getting over a cold) a jar of my Breathe salve. Oh, and a jar of homemade Raspberry jam. Happy Mom’s Day to everyone!
I’ll be giving a few cold process soaps, hand cream, body butter and lip balm. I ADORE both Juicy Pear, Wink and Love Spell in lotion, and haven’t settled on which scent yet. 😛
