| I think we can say summer is well on its way out the door here. For the last two weeks, most mornings have had lower temperatures between 40° and 60° Fahrenheit. I’m starting to pull my sweaters out of my closet again just for my morning drive to work! Even the little sparrows are finding warm spots on the tops of parked horse trailers to soak up sunshine while they look like fluffy racquetballs!
To celebrate the coming cooler weather and the fun of Halloween, I recently purchased some new molds to play around with and make Halloween themed soaps. I added a 6 cavity Mini Jack-o-Lantern mold from Wilton, a 4 cavity Brain Freeze mold from Fred & Friends and a 4 cavity Frozen Smiles mold also from Fred & Friends to my ever growing collection of silicone molds. I have some excellent tutorials about making these fun soaps and those will be released within the next week. REALLY SAD NEWS FOLLOWS! Bourbon Geranium is currently out of stock and the prices have climbed very high. Please evaluate your stock and we will hope the prices come down soon. Lavender prices are still high and we are not expecting relief in the short term. 🙁 We will know more about the prices for these products towards the end of the year and we will keep you informed.
