Fragrance Friday: Bella Fragrance Oil

Ahhh, Bella, how beautiful you are!

Bella Fragrance Oil is from our series of fragrance oils based on the Twilight book series. It is a romantic floral garden type of fragrance. Here’s what our catalog says about this enticing aroma:

“Bella is a fresh yet sensual fragrance. Smelling this fragrance is like visiting a lush botanical garden during the summer twilight with hundreds of flowers blooming around you. We’ve captured the romance of such a beautiful garden, and we think you will love Bella; we do!

“Top notes of freesia and heirloom roses are mixed with middle notes of lily of the valley and wild violets, while base notes of fresh lavender, iris, and soft musk round out this appealing floral fragrance.”

I’ve tossed around several ideas of ways to highlight the lovely Bella. It would make a marvelous dry oil body spray using either Coconut Oil Fractions or Cyclomethicone. Simply add the fragrance to the oil and mix, then spray all over your body for a fabulous personal perfume.

Use our Fragrance Calculator for guidance about how much of the fragrance oil to use. Choose “Bath Or Body Oil” as the product, then select your fragrance and the weight of the finished product. At right is what the Fragrance Calculator advised for 4 ounces of body oil scented with Bella Fragrance Oil.

If you’d like to permeate your room with Bella, there are two ways to go about it. The first is to make a room spray, which is just a mixture of water, emulsifier such as Polysorbate 20, and the fragrance. Add all three ingredients to a spray bottle and shake well to combine. Then spray your room to impart a delightful scent.

Another, even simpler, method works in your wax warmer. (Seems like everyone has one!) Put some Coconut Oil into the wax warmer’s basin, then add a few drops of Bella Fragrance Oil (or whatever oil you want to smell). Turn on the warmer to melt the coconut oil and disperse the fragrance throughout your room. When finished, you can pour out the coconut oil mixture while it’s still liquid, or wait until it hardens and wipe it out with a paper towel.

I hope these ideas bring some fragrant joy to your day! Make it a great one!
