In the United States Bosses Day is October 16th. This day is an observance and is not a nationwide, public holiday. What does that mean? It means we all need to go to work on this day!
This is a great time for many workers to show appreciation to their employers. Some people give their bosses cards, gift certificates, or go out to lunch. Many workers use this day for various reasons; such as to recognize those in supervisory positions or just creating an open and fun environment in the workplace.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking to improve work relationships between employees and supervisors. Anytime we can celebrate, I’m in! So let’s bring bagels, cake, or lunch in for everyone and say Happy Bosses Day. Parties always catch the interest of everyone and the office will be cheerful all day. Guess what we are doing? TheSage.com employees are having Stone Soup. Never heard of Stone Soup? I’ll get Taylor to tell the whole story because she is quite creative with folklore stories. See you tomorrow for Stone Soup Day!
Happy Bosses Day Everyone!

Love Stone Soup, when my girls were in pre-school, the teachers made it for them, during the week that they were reading the book, the kids thought it was great. I might have to do it for my grandkids the next time they are all together!!!
