| I just loved Andee’s Shower Tablets and I thought that they would be great for your special man!
Many men love the scent of anise. What a great way for your sweetie to have an enjoyable shower without smelling like anise all day! These shower tablets are also great for scents that your honey loves that don’t particularly move you. What a great compromise!
Mix the dry ingredients together. I am using a bag because it reduces cleaning and dust. Add the Chinese Star Anise Essential Oil. Mix well. Spritz water in your bag until it is moist. If you want any color, you can spritz it in with your water. Press into molds. Allow to dry and remove from the molds. Package in a bag. Enjoy! |

I bet it smells divine! Anise is one of my faves, but it’s my hubby’s number 1 scent.
Oh I love anise! I just ordered some, so now I want to try it in everything. I didn’t know it was a guy-friendly scent, though. Glad to know. I have the hardest time coming up with gift ideas for the men in the family. Thanks for another great post.

My father and I really like Anise but it makes my mother gag.

Shower tablets sound fun. I am new to all of this fun stuff, do you just put them in the shower to make your shower scented?
Yep! You just put them in the bottom of the shower and turn on the water.
I put my shower tablets in the corner of the shower so that they last
longer. (I prefer a lighter, longer lasting scent.)
My father puts them directly under under the stream of water. He tells me
that he wants that strong intense smell of the things my mother refuses to
let him eat, wear or bring in the house. The shower tablet helps them
compromise.

I use the shower tablets as a foot scrub. These feel like a quick pedicure that was simply performed in the shower.
I wonder if the shower floor gets cleaner because I scrub my feet across/through the tablet mixture.

My husband and I definitely enjoyed using these in the shower, though I’d add a bit more Anise EO. We are both huge Anise lovers and when we smell Anise, we want to smell ANISE! ^.^
