I have two announcements of importance that may be useful for you.
1) Our bases are all back in stock! If you were waiting for one of our Moisturizer Bases or the Extra Thick Shower Gel, now is a fantastic time to stock up again. We’ve been waiting for these bases to pass through Quality Control and we were finally able to release the bases back to the web today. Production of these bases was momentarily halted due to our move, but I’m happy to announce that we have everything back in quantities to suit your foreseeable needs.
2) UPS has had one of their cargo trains derail and several packages have been damaged. All of the packages that we have been notified about have been completely damaged and we will be sending replacements out quickly. If you have an order that you are expecting but haven’t received yet, check the tracking number to see where your package is. We are working quickly with UPS to determine which packages can be forwarded and which packages will need complete replacement.
