UPS Shipping Alert

This morning I received an e-mail from our UPS representative about a disruption in operations in their main U.S. operation center. I’ve attached the text from the email for you to read.

We would like to advise you that last night’s severe weather in Louisville, KY, caused significant disruption to operations at Worldport, our main operations center in the U.S. As a result, some shipments may experience unavoidable delays. Shipments impacted by this event will indicate a weather delay when tracking on ups.com.

The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond our control. Please refer to the Service Update on ups.com for the latest information.

Thank you for the business you entrust to UPS.

If you have an order that you are expecting and it might have gone through this center, please check your tracking number to see where your package is. We are working with UPS to make sure packages are delivered safely and sanely.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us or send us an e-mail.

About Andee

I'm a twenty something soap snob. I've grown up with hand made soaps and I love them! I really like making lotions, soaps and perfumes. I adore mixing scents to come up with something new. My favorite scent is either Wicked or Cotton Candy. I tend to hoard fragrances, I even have an Earl Grey Tea from the MMS catalog. I won't tell you how old it is, but it sure is good!
